We accept orders via these e-mail address, using Paypal in either USD or GBP at the prevailing exchange rate.  Our cables are built to order, with prioritisation given according to date of payment, and there is usually a minimum of 1 week leadtime and upto 1 month for Elite power cords.

Nothwithstanding the custom build nature of our range, there is a 28 day trial period (from shipping) on standard length / terminated current model products to ensure satisfaction, the terms of which are detailed on the product pages. Anything outside of these these parameters is deemed to be a special order and may be eligible for a product swap in lieu of refund at the discretion of Sablon Audio.  In placing an order, you are deemed to have read and accepted these simple terms.

A 10% loyalty discount is given on repeat business and multiple orders.

Older Sablon cables may be accepted for trade-in up-to 50% of the value of new orders. Buyers are responsible for two-way shipping costs. As a consequence of this policy, used cables will be available for resale and a waiting list will be maintained for items not immediately available.
